LuAnn lives on a farm in rural Comfrey, with her husband Chuck. She has three children and six grandchildren, two great grandchildren.

The majority of LuAnn’s career (almost 25 years) was with the Watonwan County Court Administrator’s office in St. James. She retired as Court Administrator in January 2022. Discovering retirement just wasn’t for her, she joined the Birkholz Team in April.

LuAnn works part-time out of the St. James office.
